What famous work of art would you restore and how?
"Garden of Earthly Delights" by H. Bosch so I could enjoy every detail of this Renaissance "surrealism" and I would proceed veeerrrry carefully with a lot of photographs.
What precious personal item have you restored?
The Victorian doll house that my parents built 35 years ago and decorated in the traditional 1:1 scale, which was subsequently damaged and deteriorated while in storage for a number of years. Not to mention the number of "construction" projects, which were only half-done at the time it went into storage, that needed completion.
What is the oddest item you have restored?
The centerboard for my sailboat.

Not odd, but wonderful: A 16th c. painted portrait of European royalty.

A small statue of a Chinese man. It appears to be filled with very old hair!
